European Heritage Days: Culinary challenges
All medieval challenges will be allowed at the Château de Saint Mesmin, stories to "de(s)port" including for the Heritage Days where the culinary challenges will address flavours and dietetics. With Jean Le Large, settle down in the kitchen for your first lessons in "healthy baking in the oven" where dietetics will combine medicine and nutrition, an aphorism emphasised since antiquity by Hippocrates and widely used in the Middle Ages.
